Authentic Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
For sauce a
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Scallions 2 , chopped
For sauce b
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Fresh root ginger slice 4 , peeled
  Szechwan pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper/Szechwan pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (From Chinese Food Stores)
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all ingredients for Sauce A, and set aside for 5 minutes.
2) In another bowl, combine all ingredients for Sauce B in a saucepan and heat for 3 minutes.
3) Combine both the sauces.

SERVING
4) Use a platter to line with Boston or Bibb lettuce. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Pour the sauce mixture over chicken to serve.
