Ingredients
  Italian frying peppers 4 , cut into strips
  Onion 1 Large, sliced and broken into rings
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a non stick skillet, take all the ingredients.
2. Cover the skillet and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
3. Uncover the skillet and cook until all the moisture evaporates and the vegetables start to brown.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
