The Hippy Gourmet also features worthy non-profit organizations and individuals making a difference in alternative energy, organic farming and preserving natural habitats and wildlife. In this 3-minute recipe segment, The Hippy Gourmet prepares Veggie Fried Rice! Far out dude!
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), boiled
  Garlic 20 Gram
  Peppers 250 Gram (red, green and yellow)
  Green onion 100 Gram
  Baby potato 100 Gram
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Mushroom 100 Gram

1. Boil rice.
2. Cut garlic, peppers, green onion, mushroom and potato.

3. In a skillet, heat oil, add garlic, and chopped vegetables, saute for 5 minutes, add sugar and rice saute for another 2 minutes, add soy sauce, stir fry for 5 minutes.

4. Garnish with green onion and baby mushroom, serve hot.
