Delectable Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Ching s secret all in one sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Pinch
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Spring onion 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Capsicum 1 Large, chopped
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Carrot 1 Medium, chopped
  Mushroom 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), boiled
  Ching s secret red chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ching s secret soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Heat oil in wok (deep frying pan) on a high flame. Add vegetables and mushroom and stir fry for two minutes.
2. Add boiled rice, all in one sauce and soy sauce and spring onion and stir fry for next two minutes.
3. Add salt to taste.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
