Chinese Chicken Cashew Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken/Turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Meat Only)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Red apple 1 , cored and diced (Unpeeled)
  Celery stalks 3 , diagonally sliced
  Dry roasted cashews 2 Tablespoon, broken
  Low calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix the cooked poultry with sherry, soy sauce and MSG; set aside for fifteen minutes
2. Mix this meat with the rest of the ingredients

SERVING
3. Serve at once
