Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Reserved pineapple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Maraschino cherries 4 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Take the juice out from pineapple can and put it aside.
2.Put water in the juice so that it is 3/4 cup.

MAKING
3.In a saucepan, put juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, catsup and cornstarch.
4.Heat the ingredients and stir well in between until thick.
5.Put green peppers, cherries and juice kept aside.
6.Let the mixture settle at room temperature.

SERVING
7.Serve soon after it settles.
