For the Chinese Baked Pears fans out there, this is an amazingly simple and delicious recipe to die for! Rich, flavorful, gorgeous and what not, Chinese Baked Pearsis simply scrumptious to add life to any meal of the day. Delight in this wonderful recipe!
Ingredients
  Ripe pears 3 Large
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered ginger/Chopped crystallized ginger 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Core the pears and fill the cavities with a mixture of the honey, ginger and walnuts.
Place in a baking dish and pour in enough water to half cover.
Bake in a moderate oven (375° F) for 45 minutes, or until pears are co'oked, but not shrivelled.
