Spicy Potatoes In Schezwan Sauce With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Schezwan sauce 62 Gram (1 Pack, Ching’S Secret)
  Baby potatoes 200 Gram, peeled and par boiled
  Cornflour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Capsicum 1 Medium, diced
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Spring onion 1 , chopped (For Garnishing)
Directions

Deep fry the boiled baby potatoes till they become crispy. Strain the extra oil and keep aside. Add 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables and stir fry for about a minute. Add 450 ml of water, entire content of Ching's Secret Schezwan sauce mix and mix well. Add fried potatoes and cook till the sauce becomes thick. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
