Chinese Style Country Ribs
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Country style or regular pork spareribs||4 Pound, cut into 2-rib pieces|
1) In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic; brush the ribs evenly with the mixture.
2) Place the ribs in a slow cooker and pour over the remaining sauce; cook covered on LOW for about 8-10 hrs or until the ribs are tender.
3) Serve immediately on a nice dish.
