Gingered Bok Choi
|Julienned ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Wash bok choi thoroughly and trim its base.
2. Slice off and throw away approximately 1-inch of the top of the bok choi.
3. Cut it lengthwise into quarters.
4. Set aside.
5. In a wok heat butter with some oil over moderate heat.
6. Add ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
7. Add bok choi, salt and pepper.
8. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
9. Serve immediately before it turns soggy.
