  Plum preserves/Plum jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1⁄2 Small, crushed
Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Yield: 1 cup.
