Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 6 , quartered
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fresh asparagus 2 Pound
  Chow mein noodles 3 Ounce (canned)
  Fried bacon strips 12 (crisp)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter and blend in the flour.
2) Combine milk and bouillon and slowly add to the flour mix, stirring constantly till thickened.
3) Add in the eggs, onion, salt, marjoram and pepper, and stir well.
4) Heat well.

SERVING
5) On a serving platter, arrange the asparagus over the noodles.
6) Spoon the egg mix over the asparagus.
7) Crumble the bacon over the top.
