Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Chinese cabbage 2 Small, shredded
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Watercress 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Apple 1 , sliced
  Avocados 2
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  French mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed herb 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Mint, Parsley, Chives, Thyme)
Directions

Place the cabbage and bean sprouts in a salad bowl.
Separate the watercress into sprigs; add to the bowl with the apple slices.
Place the dressing ingredients in a screw-topped jar and shake well.
Peel the avocados and slice them into another bowl.
Pour over the dressing to coat.
Add to the remaining salad and toss well before serving.
