Chinese Cabbage Salad
|Chinese cabbage||2 Small, shredded|
|Bean sprouts||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Watercress||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Apple||1 , sliced|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Wine vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
|French mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Mixed herb||2 Tablespoon, chopped (Mint, Parsley, Chives, Thyme)|
Place the cabbage and bean sprouts in a salad bowl.
Separate the watercress into sprigs; add to the bowl with the apple slices.
Place the dressing ingredients in a screw-topped jar and shake well.
Peel the avocados and slice them into another bowl.
Pour over the dressing to coat.
Add to the remaining salad and toss well before serving.
