Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Whole chicken 1
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove bones.
Stir-fry chopped celery and onion in butter.
Add to chicken and broth; cook celery until tender.
Add soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Make thickening with cornstarch.
Add to chow mein.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
