Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 (Broiler Fryer)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Accent 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Canned bean sprouts 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
Directions

Remove chicken meat from bones; cut in thin strips.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add chicken and cook, stirring, until white (about 3 minutes).
Add green pepper, onion, celery, water chestnuts, stock, Accent, salt and ginger.
Cover; cook 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
Add to skillet with bean sprouts and peas.
Let simmer 3 minutes.
Serves 4
