Chinese Beef With Mushrooms
|Minced onions/4 green onions||2 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Cooking oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Lean beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch slivers|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced mushrooms/1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced thin||8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 4 Ounce Each)|
Saute onion in hot oil until soft.
Saute beef for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Push meat to side of skillet; stir in soy sauce.
Add mushrooms and saute in pan juices until tender.
Mix with meat.
Cook, covered, over moderate heat for 3 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
