Chinese Beef With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Minced onions/4 green onions 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lean beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch slivers
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Canned sliced mushrooms/1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced thin 8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 4 Ounce Each)
Directions

Saute onion in hot oil until soft.
Add beef.
Saute beef for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Push meat to side of skillet; stir in soy sauce.
Add mushrooms and saute in pan juices until tender.
Mix with meat.
Cook, covered, over moderate heat for 3 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
