1. In a wok or a deep heavy bottomed skillet, heat oil over a medium flame
2. When oil if hot, add cabbage and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sauté for another minute.
4. Stir in soy sauce.
5. Stir-fry until the cabbage is tender but still crispy.
6. Serve the cabbage hot, over rice or noodles or with stir fried meats.
