PICKLED CELERY ( Chinese )

Ingredients
  Celery head 1 Large
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash celery, remove all stringy bits.
Cut into thick chunks.
Put in colander and scald with boiling water.
Drain and dry.
Mix all the other ingredients and add to the celery while it is still hot.
Serve hot or cold.
