FRIED MIXED VEGETABLES ( Chinese )

Ingredients
  Turnips 4 Ounce
  Carrots 4 Ounce
  Celery 4 Ounce
  Leeks 4 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 Drop
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil and fry vegetables quickly for 5 minutes.
Add salt and vinegar and continue frying for a further 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Serve as a salad, dressed with a little sesame oil.
