Simmer vegetables in 2 cups stock for 10 minutes.
Combine 2 tblspn, soy sauce, '2 tblspn, corn starch (or potato flour but less) with 1 tblspn, salt and 11/2 tblspn, honey or brown sugar.
Add to vegetables and cook until thickened.
Serve with rice.
