Pan Fried Omelette With Spring Onions And Steamed Eggs

Ingredients
For the pan fried omelet
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Spring onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Frozen shrimps 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
For the steamed eggs
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

FOR THE STEAMED EGGS

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine eggs and water, whisk it well.
2. Pour in a bowl and steam the eggs for 10 minutes.
3. Remove once done and drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce.

SERVING
4. Serve Steamed Eggs hot.

FOR THE PAN FRIED OMELET

MAKING
1. In a bowl beat the eggs.
2. In a frying pan pour sesame oil and sauté the shrimps over high heat.
3. Put the sautéed shrimps in the egg bowl along with spring onion and salt.
4. In the same pan pour cooking oil, pour the eggs and pan fry it until cooked.
5. Transfer in a plate and drizzle sesame oil.

SERVING
6. Serve Pan Fried Omelet hot.
