Microwave Vegetables With Iceberg Lettuce And Black Bean Paste

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, slice
  Mushroom 2 Tablespoon, slice
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black bean garlic paste 1 Tablespoon (lee kum kee)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine, onion, mushroom, salad greens, olive oil, black bean garlic paste and salt.
2. Place another plate on top and toss everything up.
3. Place it in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve with steamed rice.

NOTE
You can microwave the vegetables uncovered as well if you like the vegetables crispy.
