Ground Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Ground pork 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diagonally cut (1/8 Inch Thick)
  Green onions with tops 2 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Chow mein noodles 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Mix pork, water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, browning sauce and garlic powder in 15-oz casserole [1-qt casserole].
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts), stirring every 2 min, until mixture thickens and boils and pork is no longer pink, 3 to 5 min [5 to 8 min].
Stir in bean sprouts, celery and onions.
Cover tightly and microwave until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 to 3 min [4 to 5 min].
