Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded chinese cabbage 1 Quart
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in skillet.
Add cabbage, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring twice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
