CHINESE CABBAGE

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Small
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Potato flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Shred cabbage.
Heat oil and fry garlic cut in half for 3 minutes.
Remove garlic, and add cabbage, stir well to coat the cabbage with the hot oil.
Cook over medium heat until tender, turning often.
Blend flour with water, add soy, ginger and salt and add sauce to the cabbage.
Cook for a further seven minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve topped with chopped almonds and onions.
