Baked Chop Suey

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 1⁄2 Pound, browned
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz) (Undiluted)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 2 , added to meat just before it is browned
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Can (5 oz), drained (1 Small)
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz) (Undiluted)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or more; cover with chow mein noodles, return to oven and bake 15 or 20 minutes or longer.
Serves 8 or 10.
