Ingredients
  Canned english peas 17 Ounce (1 Can, Early June)
  Canned asparagus 14 1⁄2 Ounce, cut all green
  Canned mixed chinese vegetables 16 Ounce (1 Can, La Chos)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned bamboo shoots 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Canned water chestnuts 16 Ounce, chopped (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  French fried onions 1 Can (10 oz), crushed
Directions

Drain the vegetables.
Mix well all of the ingredients.
Top with cheese.
Cover with French fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
A delicious buffet dish.
