CHINESE SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

This Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce is amazingly simple and refreshingly appetizing. It is perfect for just about any vegetable recipe or dish.
Ingredients
  Pineapple/Chopped mustard pickles (for a more spicy flavor). 3 Ounce, chopped
  Soya sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Pint
  Salt To Taste
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Ounce, finely chopped (spring onions or pickled onions)
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, take vinegar, sugar, ketchup, corn flour, soya sauce and water.
2. Stir it well to blend it and cook it till it turns into a thick consistency.
3. Add oil and continue to cook for a few minutes.
4. Add pineapple or pickles and onion. Cook till done. Add salt as per taste.

SERVING
5. Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce can be used as a dipping sauce or can be poured over a dish.
