Chinese Beef And Green Pepper

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 4 Large
  Fillet steak 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Sherry 1 Fluid Ounce (25 Milliliter)
  Soy sauce 1 Fluid Ounce (25 Milliliter)
  Cornflour 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Oyster sauce 1 Fluid Ounce (25 Milliliter)
  Meat stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Set potatoes in hot oven to bake.
2)In a mixing bowl, place 2 inch slices of beef cut across grain.
3)In a small bowl, mix together, soy sauce, sherry and cornflour. Pour over the beef slices in mixing bowl to coat well and let marinate.

MAKING
4)In a wok, heat oil and stir fry the drained beef pieces for 1 minute. Remove and keep aside.
5)To the remaining oil in wok, add peppers and stir fry. Once peppers soften, add beef agains and pour in oyster sauce and stock for gravy.
6)Stir in well and heat completely. Remove from heat.

SERVING
7)Once potatoes are baked, make deep cut on surface and fluff the flesh. Transfer small amount of filling into the potatoes and serve steaming hot.
