Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce/Romaine lettuce 1 Small, washed, dried, and coarsely chopped
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Radishes 6 , sliced
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Tomato 1 Large, cubed
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Sweet red pepper 1 Small, sliced
  Scallions 4 Tablespoon, sliced (According To Taste)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Creamed cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried dill/1 tablespoon fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Fresh ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY 1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the salad vegetables and keep aside. MAKING 2) In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream with cottage cheese. Mix well. 3) Add to the bowl, dill, salt, tarragon and pepper according to the taste. FINALIZING 4) Pour this mixture over the salad vegetables and combine well. SERVINg 5) Serve the salad in main-course as a dairy lovers delight.
