Chinese Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Plum jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thoroughly blended and bubbling.
Pour into sterilized jar and cap tightly.
Store in refrigerator
