Pork and Eggs Chinese
|Raw rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked pork||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Fresh Ones)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Rub a 1 1/2-quart casserole with margarine.
2. Wash the rice and turn it into a casserole with the pork, milk, salt, pepper, minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours; 15 minutes before this time is up, add the eggs, stir and bake uncovered for the remaining time.
