Although cuury powder is an imported ingredient, Chinese have now adopted many curried dishes which can be used in rice!!!!
1 Small, slice
1 Clove (5 gm), mince
1 Large, dice
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1 Teaspoon (Optional)
1. Mince the garlic, chop the green onions and dice the onions, set aside.
2. Set the heat to high and pour oil in the wok, sauté the garlic and onion until brown, move it to a side of the wok and crack eggs and scramble the eggs and mix everything together.
3. Add the rice, soy sauce, sugar. Salt and curry powder, mix everything well and give it a final stir and turn off the heat.
4. Serve the curry fried rice with a sprinkle of green onion.
