Chinese Tuna Casserole
|Chow mein vegetables||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce (Two 7 Ounce Cans Or A 12 Ounce Can)|
|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce, drained and quartered (1 Small Can)|
|Cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Crisp chow mein noodles||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
In a bowl combine chow mein vegetables with tuna, water chestnuts, soup, milk, and soy sauce.
Turn into lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover top of casserole with crisp chow mein noodles.
Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (350°) for about 20 minutes, or until heated through.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
