Chinese Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Whole boneless chicken breasts 2 Pound, skin removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Large, cut into 12 wedges
  Baby corn 7 Ounce, drained (1 Jar, Whole)
Directions

Combine chicken pieces and soy sauce in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 6 to 9 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring after every 2 minutes.
Remove chicken with slotted spoon to bowl.
Cover.
Set aside.
Add green pepper to cooking liquid in casserole.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until green pepper is tender-crisp.
