Turkey Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Turkey thighs 2 1⁄2 Pound, boned, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (2 Pieces, 1 1/4 Pound Each)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chow mein vegetables 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Fresh sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Chow mein noodles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place turkey pieces in 2-qt casserole; cover.
Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Drain.
Blend cornstarch and water.
Add to casserole.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except noodles; cover.
Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes, or until sauce thickens and vegetables are hot, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Top with chow mein noodles.
