Turkey Chow Mein
|Turkey thighs||2 1⁄2 Pound, boned, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (2 Pieces, 1 1/4 Pound Each)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant chicken bouillon granules||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chow mein vegetables||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Fresh sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce|
|Chow mein noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place turkey pieces in 2-qt casserole; cover.
Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Blend cornstarch and water.
Add to casserole.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except noodles; cover.
Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes, or until sauce thickens and vegetables are hot, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Top with chow mein noodles.
