Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Cooked rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cooked peeled prawns 4 Ounce
  Cooked ham 4 Ounce, diced
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan; add green onions, mushrooms and peppers and cook 2 minutes.
Add rice and cook 3 minutes, stirring.
Add prawns, ham, spices and salt; continue to cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve hot.
