Szechwan Pork Picnic Style in Lettuce Leaves

Ingredients
  Lean pork chops 4 , sliced 1 inch thick
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red chili peppers/Jalapeno peppers / 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 2 , seeded and finely minced (Fresh)
  Cooked noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Thin Variety)
  Fresh mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with basil leaves
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with mint leaves
  Lettuce leaves 12 Large
For szechwan sauce
  White vinegar 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 5 Small, minced
  Sesame oil 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Remove pork from bones.
Cut meat into very thin slices.
Cook in boiling water until done, about 6 minutes.
Drain well.
Set aside to cool.
For sauce: Combine all ingredients in small bowl and blend well.
Add pork to sauce and toss lightly.
Cover and marinate about 30 minutes.
Stir in chilies or pepper flakes.
