Ginger Orange Chicken

  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1 1⁄2 Ounce, thawed (1/2 Of A 6 Ounce Can / 1/2 Cup)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange slice 4
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon

Arrange chicken in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish so meatiest portions are toward outside of dish.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
In 2-cup measure combine orange concentrate, water, brown sugar, parsley, soy, and ginger; pour over chicken.
Cover and cook at MEDIUM HIGH or COOK POWER 7 (70%) for 20 minutes till tender.
Remove chicken to platter.
Cover; keep warm.
Skim fat from pan juices.
In small bowl combine cornstarch and water.
Add to pan juices in baking dish.
Cook at HIGH for 3 1/2 minutes till thickened and bubbly, stirring after each minute.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Serve with rice.
Garnish with twisted orange slices and parsley.
