Chinese Hamburger Hash
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Uncooked instant rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine celery, carrot and onion.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring once.
Crumble beef over vegetables.
Microwave at High for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave at High for 8 to 10 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Let stand, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
