Chinese Style Spinach

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and drain spinach; remove wilted leaves and heavy stems.
Heat oil with garlic in skillet over high heat; add spinach.
Stir until oil is thoroughly mixed with spinach.
Add seasonings; mix well.
Cook, covered, for 2 minutes longer.
Place spinach mixture in serving dish; garnish with hard-cooked eggs and crumbled, crisp bacon, if desired.
