|Chicken||1 , skinned and cut up|
|All-purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn oil/Safflower oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Canned frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Coat with flour.
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Cook over medium-high heat until brown.
In a 9 x13-inch baking dish arrange chicken.
In the skillet saute onion in the pan drippings until tender.
Spoon onion over chicken.
Spread orange juice concentrate over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
