Quick Soy Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice is a most popular Chinese preparation, which we all got used to eating from the local Chinese takeaway or supermarket 'heat up' meal. This short video shows you just how quick and easy it is to make at home.
Ingredients
  Long grain rice 175 Gram
  Egg 1 Large
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For frying)
Directions

MAKING:
1) Heat a little oil in a wok or large frying pan.
2) When hot, pour in the beaten egg and stir all the time with a wooden spoon or spatula.
3) When the egg has cooked in small pieces, stir in the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes until well heated.
4) Stir in the soy sauce and mix well. Ensure the rice is piping hot.

SERVING:
5)Serve hot and enjoy!
