Heat a heavy bottom pan & coat it with oil.
Grill the eggplant slices till cooked, keep adding more oil if required. When cooked, arrange the slices on the serving plate. Heat 2 tbsp of oil; add chicken mince& stir fry till cooked. Add all the sauces, sesame seeds, green chilies, onion & spring onion & stir well. Adjust the seasoning.
Gently place the chicken mince on the eggplant slices & roll the slices from one side. Serve hot.
