Beijing Style Chicken Mince Over Grilled Eggplant

Ingredients
  All in one sauce 3 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Green chilli sauce 2 Teaspoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Eggplant 1 Large, cut into slices (A Big Round Piece)
  Chicken mince 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Spring onion 2 , chopped
  Green chillies 2 , chopped
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon, toasted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a heavy bottom pan & coat it with oil.
Grill the eggplant slices till cooked, keep adding more oil if required. When cooked, arrange the slices on the serving plate. Heat 2 tbsp of oil; add chicken mince& stir fry till cooked. Add all the sauces, sesame seeds, green chilies, onion & spring onion & stir well. Adjust the seasoning.
Gently place the chicken mince on the eggplant slices & roll the slices from one side. Serve hot.
