Coat fish fingers with corn flour and deep fry till crispy and cooked. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan.
Add fish fingers,Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce and mix well gently.
Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
