Boil the baby potatoes till they are done. Drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the potatoes till crispy, strain.
Add the boiled potatoes to a thick bottom frying pan, add Ching's Secret Schezwan sauce and mix well, add chilli flakes, adjust the seasoning by adding salt.
Garnish the potatoes with chopped coriander stems and serve hot.
