Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
For dressing
  Limes 2 , juiced
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Rice wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For salad
  Cherry tomato halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery stalk 1 , cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Skinless boneless chicken breast halves 3 , cooked and cut into 1/2 x 2 inch strips
  Romaine heads 2 , shredded
  Chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chinese noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Cooked angel hair pasta 1 Pound
Directions

Combine all the dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, toss all the salad ingredients together and then toss together with the dressing.
Put the pasta on a serving platter and top with the salad.
Drizzle any extra dressing on top and serve.
