Chicken Chinese Style

Ingredients
  Skinned boned chicken 2 Pound, cut into strips 3 inches long
  Diagonally sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced fresh ginger root 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Directions

Brown chicken in a preheated nonstick skillet.
Add celery, mushrooms, water, ginger root, and broth mix.
Cover and cook until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.
Add soy sauce and cornstarch and cook, stirring until thickened.
Divide evenly.
