Braised Courgettes

Ingredients
  Courgettes 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
For seasoning sauce
  Chicken stock 7 Tablespoon
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon (For Thickening The Paste)
  Water 1 Teaspoon (For Thickening The Paste)
Directions

Peel the courgettes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes .and drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the courgettes for 30 seconds.
Add the seasoning sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Thicken with the cornflour paste and serve.
