|Smoked pork loin chops||6 , cut thick|
|Fresh pineapple||1 Small, cut into slices|
Place chops on rack or ribbed aluminum-foil tray.
Cover each chop with a slice of pineapple.
Roast in preheated slow oven (300°F.) for 1 hour.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
