Ingredients
  Smoked pork loin chops 6 , cut thick
  Fresh pineapple 1 Small, cut into slices
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place chops on rack or ribbed aluminum-foil tray.
Cover each chop with a slice of pineapple.
Roast in preheated slow oven (300°F.) for 1 hour.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
